Bulk Gas Solutions
When the customer’s volume of gas consumption warrants it, we work closely with the Airgas® Bulk Gas specialists to perform a site assessment, prepare a cost/benefit analysis and present recommendations to achieve the lowest cost solution for our customers. All of this is done at no charge to the customer.
In addition, AirArc can provide customers with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Vending Machine options to manage their welding and safety supplies.
VMI is available to larger customers who want AirArc to be totally responsible for stocking and managing their inventory of welding and safety supplies and equipment. AirArc will perform an assessment of the customer’s site and usage history, provide suggested stock levels for approval, then visit the customer’s premises on a weekly basis to restore the stock to the desired levels, as needed. This process could also be used for managing industrial and specialty gases.
Vending Machines are becoming increasingly popular with many customers for monitoring and controlling employee utilization and eliminating theft or shortages of small expensive parts. In this case, AirArc will supply the customer with a locked vending machine which is only accessible when an employee’s unique ID is used to open the gate and the product bar code is entered.
