AirArc is locally owned and operated by individuals who have extensive experience operating service-oriented businesses in the manufacturing, metal fabrication, energy, environment and non-residential construction sectors.
Over the past years, several large independent distributors in Ontario have been acquired by large multinational companies, such as Air Liquide, Linde and Praxair, which control the production and distribution of industrial, specialty and medical gases in the Province of Ontario. Due to the lack of players in the market, we believe prices of gases have steadily climbed, while service levels have declined. AirArc is an independent distributor which understands customer needs and have created a business model which is customer focused to bring value to every business relationship.

AirArc was formed by individuals who understand that hard work and attention to details are the cornerstones to success. Our mission is to provide the highest level of service to every customer, with honesty and integrity. Through our people and processes, we will strive to earn our customers trust, every day.

The Company’s vision is to be the supplier of choice for industrial gases, welding and safety equipment and supplies, as well as, for specialty service and repairs, including maintenance of equipment and warranty repairs. AirArc will achieve this vision by training our employees in “customer-for-life” principles, supporting community organizations and events and, by continually introducing new products and services to the market.
